Hilda Floral Stripe Cotton - Cream

This beautiful cotton dressmaking fabric features a red flower and lilac stripe on an ivory background.

This 100% cotton fabric has a light, airy feel with a soft drape and just enough subtle structure to allow it to hold its shape beautifully. Lightweight and breathable, it feels cool and comfortable against the skin. It is semi-opaque, so you may wish to line your garment depending on the style and intended use. This dressmaking fabric would be perfect for making tops and blouses.

*IMPORTANT* Sold by the 1/2 yard, so quantity of 2 = 1 yard, quantity of 4 = 2 yards. All yardage will come in continuous cuts when possible.

Washing instructions: I recommend prewashing all fabrics in the same manner intended for the final good in order to minimize unexpected shrinking. If machine washing is your preferred method, I suggest washing in cold water with like colors on gentle cycle using a mild, bleach-free detergent. Dry on low-heat tumble setting to minimize shrinkage. This fabric will shrink about 3-5% upon washing.
